  • Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions.

Refund Methods and Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Special Cases

In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include:

  • Exchanging the item for a correct or new one.
  • Issuing a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

Exceptions to the Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized items that have been customized according to your specifications.
  • Gift cards.
